Part of what I amusingly call my "What" series, this upcycled mixed media assemblage is made on a 33rpm LP/vinyl album (clear red in color) and includes a 45rpm single, Mexican Lotteria cards, many vintage board game pieces, and various other found/recycled objects.
The 45rpm single is a kids' song entitled "The Sow Took The Measles," which, to me, begged the question - spelled out in beaded letters - What Does It All Mean? I mean, really, what kind of kids' song is "The Sow Took The Measles?" This piece makes me laugh.
Measures approximatedly 12 inches in diameter with game pieces only sticking out about 1/2 inch from surface. Comes with a metal wall hanger on the back for easy installation.
